We looked at a huge number of apps to try and find one to use for planning an event for a nonprofit. We had a number of volunteers who were coordinating, so we were hopeful that this would work for us to be able to sync info between us all as we worked to coordinate the 140 volunteers as well as all of the guests.
We found that the app was not very user friendly. We hoped that we could use some of the features (like the photo of the venue) as a way to assign staff to specific areas to serve.
About the only thing that worked for us was getting a data base of our volunteers but checking them in didnt sync between our multiple devises as we had hoped. (If you used both at the same time it wouldnt save and sync both information- we were hoping that it could sync during the event to see who was there with out having to reset each time to sync.)
Prior to the event, we had to be careful to not accidentally delete the work someone else did by resetting during a sync.
All this to say, we will be looking for a new app to use for our event next year :(
