Need help with app opening

This app is pretty good at keeping me organized for my Frozen party.
2 things:
1.i just bought this a week ago ... Last 2 days When I tap on it nothing happens! It wont open.. Can you fix this problem?

2. Can you allow us to add more categories along with ones provided eg; decorations .. How about supplies etc.
